At the moment I am in the process of gaining a certificate for an Nvq in health and social care with Allied Health Care Group.

Also I am in the process of studying for a Level 3 Diploma in home-based childcare. Due to complete beginning 2012

I am new to childminding, but have experience as I have 2 children of my own.

We live near a wooded area and often see Squirrels on our garden fence.

We have a nature look out,  from an upstairs window we can look out of the window and see all sorts of birds. We have bird feeders in the trees and a nest box that had a successful family of Blue tits earlier this year. (provided by our lovely neighbour) We could watch the birds taking bits into the box for their nest building. Then we watched the birds taking food into the nest and the best bit was seeing 6 baby birds on the bird feeder with mum and dad watching proudly.  We have on a few occasions seen a woodpecker.( photo below)
